    Refund policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage due to customer handling will not be accepted. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, contact us at info@calmieshop.com. If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

    Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
    Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
    Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

    Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    We reserve the right to deny returns in cases of policy abuse, excessive returns, or items showing signs of significant use or damage not caused by shipping.
